I need to be able to enable a quote option for users who do not want to purchase the service without reviewing everything first. Is there any way that Amelia can allow me to do this?
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
Marko, I want to enable an option where customers can make a quote for your services without having to get to the time of payment, and that this comes to your mail, just for them to have an estimate of when it would cost them to acquire the services, we have customers who ask us this initially to get an initial idea of whether or not they can purchase the services.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. We do not have such option and we can not think of any workaround. The only thing that we can think of is that you set your service price to be 0 and to add custom fields to booking form. This way they do not need to pay anything in Amelia and you can ask the additional questions that you need and then you can contact them once you set the price for them.
Amelia is not designed for this and as far as we can see this is the only way in which you may achieve what you need.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
