We are a driving school, where we have to go to the students' addresses.
We use the 2 way google apis to sync amelia.
Is there a possibility to bring the "address data" or "phone number data" from the website into google calendar through API? Even if it's from the custom fields.
Normally we are manually going to the site, opening the calendar and typing them in but there has to be a more efficient way.
You can add the custom field where the customer would add their address and then add the custom field to the Google Calendar event description in the "Event Title and Description" option on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page.

Hello Azin,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can add the custom field where the customer would add their address and then add the custom field to the Google Calendar event description in the "Event Title and Description" option on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page.
Please let me know if this worked for you.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,

Hi Uros,
Thanks!
It's working good, just one issue.
I want to use the appointment "start time" to be included. I have a buffer before each appointment for 30 minutes.
So for example: 9:30-11:30 - the appointment starts at 10 am. The buffer starts at 9:30.
If I use the appointment start time, it shows it at 9:30 am (the start of the buffer time) and not the actual appointment start time.
Are you able to help with this? is there a way to put "start time" + 30 minutes and show the "correct time"
Thanks!
Hello Azin,
Thank you for your patience.
My apologies for the additional questions, can you please elaborate on what you are referring to and I will assist you with this?
Looking forward to your reply.
