We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello,
I experience a very strange occurrence with Amelia.
When I book via a desktop and do not complete the payment, i.e. do not finalize the reservation, I see in Events that someone has made a reservation, but not paid.
If I do the same on my mobile phone, I do NOT see that someone has reserved, but has not paid.
How is this possible?
Another very important issue is that people who book are not obliged to agree to the Terms and Conditions by means of a tick button. This is very essential and should be added as soon as possible. The Netherlands is very strict about this.
I see this issue is already listed under features, but it's been over a year and has only 4 votes.

1. We can not replicate the issue can you please send us a short one minute video so that we can take a closer look?
2. Terms and conditions can be added via custom fields and those field can be mandatory. You just need to make the mandatory when you create them in custom fields section
To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:
So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back-end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.
