    Hello,

I set up google calendar integration, but it is not pulling from my google calendar to create accurate availability for appointments. Is it possible to set this up so appointments are only available at times I am available on google calendar? Additionally, is it possible to pull from multiple calendars so that there are never conflicting times? Ex: I have different calendars for work, personal, appointments, etc.

Also, I set up service times to be 10 minute slots so I could make a session 40 minutes. This created a bunch of times that I don't want to offer. Is there a way to set it up so times are only offered on the hour or half hour mark, but can still vary in length (10 minutes, 30 minutes, and 40 or 45 minute time slots)?

    Hello Sabrina,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there.

In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.

Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

    Thank you for understanding.

    1. You can do that easily you just need to check for 3 things

    1. You have option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Google Settings in Amelia plugin. When you enable this option it will be removed the busy slots in your employees’ Google Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots from the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is an event in the Google Calendar.

You can read more in our documentation about Configuring Google Calendar in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin.

    2. In order for these slots to be removed the events in Google Calendar must be set as Busy.

    3. In settings/inetgrations you gave option called maximum number of events returned to 2500 please make sure that is set like this

And make sure to purge the cache.

    This should help.

    2. You have option in general setting called Use service duration for booking a time slot. When this is enabled this will show time slot per the dirations of service. So if service is 40 mites long it will show on every 40 minutes, it is 20 minutes long it will show on every 20 minute, etc.

    3. Amelia can't see shared calendars. Only calendars that were created as part of the account to which it is connected.

Amelia can only pull one calendar from your Google Account. We'll work on including all calendars linked to a Google Account, but I don't have an ETA on that.

For example, I have all these calendars in my Google Account:

    7013225803.png

(It doesn't matter if they are selected or not in my Google account)

When I link my employee to this Google Account, I can only see these:

    8278793395.png

The [email protected] is the default calendar I got when I opened this Google Account, and "iCal", "Test calendar" and "[email protected]" were calendars that were manually added. Other calendars (Holidays, shared calendars, etc) cannot be pulled into Amelia because they're either globally shared, locally shared, or manually shared between accounts.

So, all events Amelia is going to pull, are going to be pulled from the selected calendar in the Employee's section.

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
