Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have updated to the newest Amelia, and the finance problem is still here:
When A & B ( 2 separate, independent bookings) book the same service, on the same date, at the same time, their payment status is linked together. When I change the payment status of A to partially paid, it affects B's status, while A remains as unpaid...
I just checked the status of the ticket and it has been forwarded to our QA for further testing. As soon as we get some feedback from them we will contact you on this ticket.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that confirmed this and we currently have an issue with displaying the payment status with on site, but we are working on it and it should be fixed in of the future updates. Currently, we do not have eta on that.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
This is very sad, as I was really looking forward to giving Amelia a try. but I don't want to pay for an app and be able to use only part of the functions. being able to keep track of payment is very important for me.
In this case I am going to cancel the subscription and demand a refund. Can you advice me this work?

I have tested again the FINANCE.
I created an event, and there are 2 separate bookings: Test A & Test B
Test B paid partially, and Test A paid in full.
when I changed Test A's status to Paid, it reflected on Test B. Test B now is shown as PAID, and Test A is still UNPAID.
