For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.

We do care but Amelia is sold via our reseller Paddle and for this type of issue we can not do anything until they contact us. My colleague has done everything that was in his power and he has contacted them and they have responded and he has answered to you on this ticket
We are doing everything that we can to help you but there are certain ways of doing things and some things are out of our hands. It is counter productive for 2 agents to work on the same ticket. Since my colleague is already working on that ticket I will close this one and you will continue resolving this issue with him on that ticket.
