Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have added the "German" language as an additional language and you can go through the notification templates and make sure that both templates (in both "languages") are the same.

Hi,
when a customer books Erstberatung or Coaching, we defined 2 different notifications.
The first is only by phone so it says we call you at the time
the second includes a zoom link for the meeting
We connected the services to the exact notification.
But Amelia sends out an older text that we used before: we call you or sent you a zoom link before the meeting
How can we fix this? We already cleared cache with WP Rocket.
