Hi! Question about connection to OutlooK Calendar (365): I want to connect Amelia to the Outlook Calendar and entered the credentials provided by Azure (Client ID, Client secret). No I´m wondering HOW to select the specific calendar to assign to? I think every employee might have it´s own calendar. BUT I created my services via employees. So the room I want to rent is not a service but an employee. But at the end of the day I want to see all appointments in ONE calendar, call it "ROOMS". So maybe I have to create several single outlook calenders each employee and than assign these to the calendar "ROOMS", am I right? How can I create several calendars and assign the single calendars via Outlook (as I just enter ONE pair of credentials mentioned above)? Or can I somehow display all "employees" to one Calendar without having one calendar each employee/room? Thank you!
Hi Uros, thx for the quick reply! As I mentioned there ARE not so many employees as I used the employees as services and there are no real employees. Can´t I connect all "employees" to the same calendar with the same credentials?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Uroš, unfortunately the "Outlook" field in existing Employees is not shown anymore (see also screenshot "Bild 1"), so the connection to the Outlook Calendar doesn´t work anymore. As soon as I create a new Employee, that field is shown and I can Insert an Outlook Key. What can I do about that issue?
You'll need to access your database (via phpMyAdmin, or some other database management tool) and access the wp_amelia_providers_to_outlook_calendar table (please note that wp_ is the default database prefix, but on your end, it could be anything, so look for your_prefix_amelia_providers_to_outlook_calendar table). Delete all rows from that table, and after that, you should be able to connect your employees to the Outlook Calendar.

Hello Tim,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The only solution at the moment would be to connect each employee to their Outlook calendar and connect each Outlook calendar to one main calendar.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uroš, when we want to connect to Azur, we get following Error (see screenshot attached). So the redirect URI https://legal-coworking.de/wp-admin/ - which I have from Amelia Tool (Outlook Integration) - is set in Azure, but seems to be wrong. Where does this redirect URI come from? Must the URI be different than https://legal-coworking.de/wp-admin/? For Google Calendar - which is successfully running - I use the redirect URI https://legal-coworking.de/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-employees But I have no idea where that URI comes from either.

Hi Uroš, thank you, that worked. BUT now I can´t choose a calendar - not in Google nor in Outlook field as I get a "no access" sign.
Hi Uroš, hope you had some nice days off!? Have you read my last reply?
Yes, I just upgraded you, sorry!!

Hello Tim,
Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.
The issue is that your license has been canceled and was not renewed, you will have to purchase a new license to have updates and premium support.
Please let me know if that is fine with you.
Looking forward to your reply.
