on my Wordpress website, on the customer side. It comes up with No employee or services created. However I have checked and I have created both. Also ticked the box for show services on site.
I have looked at my side and it all seems to be ok, but not working.
My admin details are as follows:

Other question I had, how do I set up a buffer time. So say someone books 13:30-14:30. Then It would give me 10 mins to get ready. So if I had someone book in, it would then give the option at 14:40-15:40. Thanks Duncan

1. Your plugin is out of date you did not update the plugin to the latest version.
You are using the old version of Amelia 6.1
We now have a new version of Amelia which is 6.2.1. When the plugin is not up to date it can have all sorts of issues you need to update to the latest version of the plugin so that we can try to help you.
When it comes to the old version of the plugin, we can not know exactly what the issue is because it is already an outdated version that is not maintained.
Please update to the latest version so that the plugin can function properly.
After that please check these points one by one:
1. Are these services visible on the site? We know that it is but check each one just in case.
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included:
In the example above, the employee is assigned to 3 services, but 2 newly added services are not automatically assigned to the employee's working hours, even though they may be assigned to him/her in the Assigned Services tab. If you want the employee to work on all services that you have, you should clear this selection, and every new service will be added automatically.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
5. Check the shortcode on the front-end - if you (for example) used [ameliabooking category=1], and you added the service to Category with ID: 2, the new service from category 2 will not appear in the front-end.
2. If your service last 1 hours and you want them to be available on every 30 minutes you need to set that default time slot step is 30 minutes in general settings and make sure that option Use service duration for booking a time slot is turned off
3. In services/edit service you have buffer time option you need to set it there and just save and that is it. But you wont be bale to set the buffer time to 10 minutes if you set that default time slot step is 30 minutes as mentioned before. In this case the minum time is 30 minutes. Unfortunately, currently, at this time you can not set both.
