Some of our customers times are showing up and populating incorrectly in their calendars. Which is terribly confusing. I have the wordpress website set up as the Edmonton time zone ( I thought I learnt that the hard way last year about time zone adjustments) so I dont think that is the problem. Her appointment is also populating in her iCal as an hour long and not the half hour that we have her booked for. The first two images are what we see and the last image is what is populating in her calendar.

I you see it in your calendar and in Amelia correctly then this is an issue with your customer calendar and we can not influence this. They need to check their setting in their calendar.
