This is most likely due to your theme. We went on your site and we can see that the back button works but it's scrolled up on our theme this doesn't happen. We are sending a short video where you can see the difference.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that you can try and add this script to a page to disable scrolling:

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
