It is possible that the Google Charts API have changed something from their end.

Our developers will certainly investigate this.

Can you please firstly update your plugin - we just released a new version which includes some fixes and improvements?

Please also purge cache of the site,

and let us know if this helped?

Updating the plugin to the latest version

If the issue persists with the latest version, can we log in the back-end to check this out?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

And also please send me the URL of the front-end page where you have the chart(s) in question?
