Unfortunately, in that case, you can not set this up in Amelia since you do not have any necessary permissions.
As for JWT we will apply the necessary changes and we will release new documentation in due time but we are not sure that you will be able to use this account in Amelia since technically it is not yours and you do not necessary permissions.

I have purchased my zoom account from a zoom reseller and I cannot add an app to my zoom account because I do not have those rights on the account.
How else can I make this work?
ACTUALLY, on zoom site it says this:
The JWT app type will be deprecated in June, 2023. We recommend that you create Server-to-Server OAuth or OAuth apps to replace the functionality of a JWT app in your account. Additionally, if you are using a JWT app type for the Meeting SDK for Web, you should migrate to an SDK app type instead.
