I am making a website for my client using Amelia but i have the following questions:
1.- Can Recurring Appointments be configured in Packages? The services are configured on a recurring basis but that doesn't seems to work when they are included in a package.( If it is not included, it should be good to consider it soon because it is precisely through packages that many appointments are sold, most of them on a recurring basis).
2.- She has frequent customers who buy a new appointment package a few days before the previous packages expire. she wants to give those customers priority to occupy their predefined seats. Let's say every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the same time. What can be done? Do we have to pre-book for those customers, packages and their appoinments of services for the whole year and leave them with a "pending payment" status, to be paid and approved each month? Can this be automated or is there a way to copy the recurring appointments from a package each month?
3.- I am thinking of leaving the packages with pending payment status and when receiving the payment approve the package (completing the order in woocommerce). I already use rules and they work for individual appointments but not for packages. When a package is approved, can the system approve all the appointments included in it, or do I have to approve each appointment one by one?
4.- Can Amelia notify clients when packages are about to expire or when the date of the last appointments of the package is close?
5. If I import clients from a csv file, is the client automatically created in woommerce?
When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
1. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Appointments from a package can not be recurring and this will not be changed since most of the customers and their users want to have the ability to book on any available time slot.
2. You can do that, you can set it as pending and then you can approved it. But this must be done manually
3. Packages have no statuses. They are purchased. Appointments within the package have "Approved" or "Pending" status depending on the settings.
4. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
5. No, because it is imported into Amelia, not WooCommerce
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket.
