We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hey TMS team,
Love the Amelia booking plugin. I've had it for years now and this is the first time I've thought of something that might make it even better.
If possible, could the service 'description' please be auto-populated in the section beneath the dropdown (see attached image) when a user selects one?
This would help customers distinguish between each of the services offered, in addition to making use of the prime space (circled in red in my attachment)
As far as I'm aware, the only way to display a description is with a catalog shortcode: [ameliacatalog] , however my preference is to use the [ameliabooking] shortcode as that layout looks cleaner.
Let me know if I've overlooked something that might add the service description in the standard [ameliabooking] shortcode. If not, it would be great if this feature could be considered for a future update.
Nino
Hello Nino,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, you are right, the description for the service is only available for the Amelia catalog booking form and not other forms.
I will have this passed to our management directly as a suggestion, but please suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
Thank you for your feedback and suggestion.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uros,
Looks like someone else has suggested this in the past, and others have upvoted, and now I have too ;-)
