We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Few weeks ago, I had setup WhatsApp Integration on staging site. All was working fine. Today I decided to integrate WA notifications on live. And I kept getting errors. When I went back on staging where last time everything worked fine, even that had stopped working. I re-did lots of things but same result. Even tried Test Number but no avail. But my team member reported that customers started getting the Amelia's default WA Auto-reply message:
"Dear %customer_full_name%,
This message does not have an option for responding. If you need additional information about your booking, please contact us at %company_phone%"
If the integration had truly failed, our customers wouldn't get that kind of message, but they did. Tried various template messages as well, I don't know what to do

These type of notifications is sent for testing purposes, not for live appointments.

Thanks for your response.
Yes, I'm aware it was not meant for live appointments. I just mentioned that to prove that integration is working, but everytime I did "Send Test WhatsApp Message", I'd get pop-up at the right side of the screen "WhatsApp message has not been sent"
And now after multiple trial and error, it seems as though testing functionality sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I used to believe message templates without variables were giving errors but now even they stopped giving errors.
Not sure if the issue back then was from Meta or Amelia, either way, it's now fixed. Please close the ticket
