The case sensitivity in table searches will be determined by the collation you set in your Database.
The collation value contains either CI or CS in it. You can go in your database, via PHPMyAdmin, and just set any DB collation that is CI, if you need "case insensitive".
Let me know if this helps, or if you require further assistance. Thank you.
How can I deactivate the case sensitive on search table?
