tms - ticket system / headlines would be cool
After having some initial questions (tickets) mentioned at this ticket-system here, I realize, that there is no space for a headline of the case.
I mean an idividual headline describing the case (inside one of your categories of ticket to preselect).
Have a look at the screenshot, and I guess you get what I mean.

Like this I probably have to open all cases to find what I'm searching for.
