I run a charter business, and I need the entire service to be blocked out after 1 group has booked it. This needs to happen regardless of whether or not the group fills the capacity of the service during that time slot.
ie. if 1 person books a charter from 12-4. this entire charter is no longer available even if its capacity is 20 people.
In regards to your first question, you can disable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" option on the Amelia/Appointments page.
In regards to your second question, there is currently no such option, but you can create multiple employees based on a season and set different prices for each employee. Also, set days off for all employees based on seasons those prices (employees) are not available.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Was also wondering if there was a way I could add an agent email option in the customer details page to receive notifications. Say an agent books on behalf of the customer, they would put the client’s email and their own email. I would the like the automatic confirmation email to be sent to the client and copied to the agent and admin.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
Hello,

I also would like prices to change depending on the season. Is that possible?

thanks for that Uroš!
I’ve sorted both the questions accordingly.
