Hello, I would like to use an external email service instead of the internal for notifications. I have seen I can create Webhooks for Cokking completed, rescheduled, caqnceled and changed. What I need is a trigger one day before the appointment, an hour bevore the appointment and an after-appointment-email. I see it is realized via Cron - is there any why to trigger an external service, eg. via zapier or make?
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
I see.... OK, another idea. I can sent the required data within custom fields, I think. Is it possible to create custom fields (and fill them), but not to show them to the customer? For example: Customer only needs to enter Name, Surname, email, but in the background I would also like to push name of the event, begin and end time.

Possible?
Hello Mirko,
There is no option to fill out the custom fields without a customer doing so on the front-end.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

No matter. I created html-templates and I am using these now instead of the text-only. This will work. Thanks!
Hello Mirko,
Glad to hear that.
