We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that this is a theme conflict.
Your theme does not have styles with important tag which is not good for Safari browser and takes that as a visual representation of the input this bellow should solve the issue

Dear sir/mam,
The month and year are cut in Amelia step by step booking on safari browser.
I check the link in chrome and Firefox, it looks good. But many customers use iPhone today and the main browser is safari.
Can u help me to fix the issue please?

I tested on both Mac and iPhone. Both devices have safari as primary browser. The issue is there on both devices.
