We have received numerous reports of clients receiving reminder SMS for appointments that have been cancelled, rescheduled, or rejected. We have confirmed that these messages have been received by the client by reviewing the messages on their device, however there is no log of any messages being sent in the notifications section of the Amelia plugin. Also, these messages seem to have been sent at odd times such as 5:02am. This does not seem to be happening with the email reminders, ony SMS.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
As of right now, there have not been any further complaints of incorrect notifications, but with it being a holiday this past weekend, there were not any appointments that would have received notifications.
