I have a customer who wants to use a static meeting link. They have multiple employees, each employee has their own static meeting link.
I want to the notification email to the customer to contain the static meeting link of the employee they have booked with. I can't seem to find a way to do this.
I have tried putting the link into employee description and notes and then use the place holders for each in the email. On testing, none if the information entered under employee description shows in the email.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. If you are using zoom or google meet with Amelia then for each appointment new link will be created.
The only way around this is to create a custom notifications for each service and just to paste this link in the notifications. But if you have several employees on the sam service this is not advisable since all of them will get the same link.
So what you want in general is not possible in Amelia except with this workaround.
