Amelia breaks Site when active (Error 500)

    Since my old ticket has not been answered for 2 days, I hereby open a new ticket.

    Since I updated Monday to version 6.2.1 (as youve suggested to me) you can not order anything on our site (Amelia and Woocommerc Shop) and the amilia payment step wont load. We get Error 500 errors or critical erros when putting something into the cart and the debugging says the following:

    After I received the hint from you Monday to increase the memory limit of 512mb, we had this increased to 1024mb by our hoster. This, too, did not solve the problem. After several developers looked at the issue, it was found that the Amelia plugin is causing these issues with overflowing the php memory. If you deactivate Amelia on the homepage everything is working as it should

    Since we have to earn money with our homepage, I ask for urgent correction of this problem. It cannot be that we do not receive an answer to a support ticket!

    You can close this one. The problem was in the combination of amelia and with the newest version of germanized for woocommerce. 


    Maybe this will help other people who are affected from this bug too.
