We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

Is there a way to have both the type of extra and the quantities booked out shown in the notification email without having to add each and every notification short code to the mail, so the short code %service_extras% includes the type of service and the quantity booked.

I have 2158 extras short codes, so to add

    %service_extra_1_name% (%service_extra_1_quantity%), %service_extra_2_name% (%service_extra_2_quantity%)  up until %service_extra_2158_name% (%service_extra_2158_quantity%).....

    i mean...it'll take forever...

And what will the end mail look like if I only added 3 extras:

extraname (5),,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,extraname (10),,,,,,,,,,extraname (23),,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, with 2158 commas? Not very nice. Is there a better way to do this? Maybe just include (quantity) to show in the %service_extras% shortcode.

Or change the way extras are done, cuz right now I also can't do stock control on extras since i need to list with every service that I have 10 of extra A, instead of saying over all the services that I have 10 of extra A. So if service 1 books out 10 of extra A then service 2 can also book out 10 of extra A but in actual fact there is only 10 in the office and not 20, but they won't notice the clash cuz the services are loaded now is unpractical.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. There is no way to achieve this at this time. The best I can do is I can forward this ticket to our developers so that they can take a look at it and see if they can maybe create something in the future but I can not make any promises.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
