We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I finally set up amilia on my booking button. I have two questions!
1 On Mobile, when someone clicks on the book now button. The size of the interface doesn't fit well on mobile.
2 As for the interface style, do you have a document explaining the different ways I can get creative? I want to do more because it looks too simple. Please look at the website I set up and let me know if I can do more. Thank you

When we go to your site from several mobile devices
Your site in general does not look right. You have all sorts of issues that are unrelated to Amelia
you have other issues and your site does not function properly so it would be best that you Web designer or someone else sorts out these issues that you have on your site since all sorts of issues appear like Facebook ads, etc not only Amelia. So when this issues are resolved Amelia and other plugins and addon should work normally.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that we can not influence this, this is not related to Amelia this is either related to the plugin that you use for a popup (for example Elementor) or if this is part of a theme if you are using theirs pop up. So for this, you would need to contact their support team so that they can see if they can send you some CSS that can change this or not.
