I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
Sorry for not making it clear last time. Here are a few issues we are experiencing; maybe we are not aware of the features.
Employees can see their appointments as Agenda; how can we enable them to see appointments in weekly or daily calendar mode like managers and administrators can see? So, employees should be able to see only their work in a calendar view.
Employees cannot create new customers. Is it possible?
We use custom fields like address and date of birth for customers. We need to input all details every time while making a new booking for the customer. Ideally, we should capture details only once, and next time we need to select the customer. Customers also find it annoying as they need to enter detail again.
I looked at the documentation but could not find a fix for the above.
2. Employees can not create customer yet, but we plan to implement this option in the future
3. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Custom fields are tied to appointment not to a customer so the custom fields must be filled out each time an appointment is made.
For any option that you would like to see in Amelia I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We are glad if we were bale to help you in any way. As for other suggestions, we cannot promise anything at this time, but we hope that they will be implemented also.

Hi,
How can we display employees' appointments and events in a calendar like a manager and an admin?
We want employees to see their appointments in a weekly calendar form. The default layout is in the list form, and confusing for them.
We can give you access to our test site if you need it.

Hello Chirantan,
1. Employees can only see their own appointments, they can see their appointments in back end or via employee panel like this
You can read more about the employee panel at this link https://wpamelia.com/front-end-employee-panel/

Thanks, Marko,
This partially solves the issues. I hope some suggested features will be implemented soon.
