How can we display employees' appointments and events in a calendar like a manager and an admin?
We want employees to see their appointments in a weekly calendar form. The default layout is in the list form, and confusing for them.
We can give you access to our test site if you need it.

1. Employees can only see their own appointments, they can see their appointments in back end or via employee panel like this

2. Employees can not create customer yet, but we plan to implement this option in the future
3. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Custom fields are tied to appointment not to a customer so the custom fields must be filled out each time an appointment is made.
For any option that you would like to see in Amelia I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
