With any of our payment option, you can ask for payment upfront. The only payment that doesn't require payment up front is on-site option. You can just turn off this option and your customer will need to pay for the booking upfront if they do not pay for the appointment they will not be able to book the appointment.
In settings payment tur off the payment on site and that is it. It is entirely up to you will you require deposit only or full payment for the appointment.
How can I adjust settings so that payment is due upfront only?
We are using the payments to book video call appointments, with the amount to book used as a minimum deposit.
