Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. From the backend, you can not add customers and appointments from a package for already booked appointments. Customers themself must book the appointment from a customer panel at this time.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Is it possible to manually enter package sales?
I have clients that I'd like to add their packages on the back-end of amelia manually, as most do not have access to amelia yet.

Packages are very limited.
When I book an appointment via package on the back-end, it is limited to 1 customer. I cannot add any more.
If i create an appointment, it wants to charge them regular pricing, instead of charge to the package...
