Canceled appointments are not being set back as available on the appointment calendar. I tested this by scheduling an appointment and in the confirmation email I clicked the 'Cancel Appointment Link' and it took me to this URL (https://newportsca.com/appointment-cancelled/) and gave a message that the appointment was canceled, but it still shows as an Approved appointment under the Appointments section. 
How can I get it to clear the appointment time slot?

It looks like it worked. It puts the time slot (2:30-3:00PM on March 31st) back on the front end. However, it still says approved for that time slot on the back end under appointments. See attached screenshots of the process.

I just tested and the result was the same. It still says approved under Appointments in the backend. The front end does put it back in the queue.

I upgraded to 6.2.2 and the cancellation time slot does get put back as open to book from the scheduler. However, the cancellation does not get applied to the appointments on the back end. It still shows approved. This time around, I also did not receive the cancellation email.

My client is still having the issue where the cancel link in the email when clicked to cancel, does not put the time back on the calendar as available on the front end for someone to select. Can you take a look as to why?

The goal is to have a customer be able to cancel an appointment from the link in the confirmation email and automatically put the available time slot back on the calendar front end and cancel the appointment in the dashboard.

I uploaded the zip file and it gave me the option to override the existing version. I'll test the cancellation issue and let you know how it goes.

It does not work. I booked a time slot and then through the email confirmation I cancelled the reservation. It took me to a page with the message "Your Appointment has been Successfully Canceled." However, the time slot did not open up on the front end and does not show canceled on the back end.

When I manually change the status under Appointments in the back end to Cancelled then the time slot opens back up on the front end.

I have users telling me they can't cancel a reservation. Can you take a look and let me know why?

Thanks Uros. I've updated the plugin and will test it tomorrow. Previously you had emailed me a version. Was there something in that which was customized that this update will override?

I updated the plugin, however, that did not seem to fix it. We had someone try to cancel today and received an error.

What do you think is causing this?
