Hello someone with amelia manager role can they delete a appointment? because my employee with amelia manager role says they dont see the trash can icon, and i dont see any option to give this delete appointment permissions
me myself as wordpress owner i do see the appointment trashcan icon to remove a appointment

ok i checked the documentation, it seems that amelia manager doesnt have the delete appointment permission by design.
the thing is i work with external company handeling my bookings, i dont want to make them global wordpress administrator but i would like them to be able to cancel a appointment if a customer calls to cancel.
any option for this?

Managers can cancel the appointment but they can not delete the appointment. The roles are limited per design.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

In general, our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
