Cron is not Amelia's feature cron is a WordPress feature. You can use cron with Amelia, but setting cron is not part of Amelia's support because it is not our feature. If your cron is not working and you cannot set it up, you need to contact your hosting provider so that they can set up cron for you.
Cron issue is not up to us. You need to contact the hosting provider. Amelia just has a cron command and that's it. Crontrol, or the cron job on the server - whatever else is used to run the cron, they are responsible for whether the cron is running or not. So this is on their side and you have to check with the hosting what the issue is. Once they send you a feedback you can forward us their reply.
