I have a simple table that is editable. The table is made from a mySQL datasource. Per the documentation everything is setup correctly however when I try to change the value of the field, it will say successfully submitted, however the data reverts to the old value and the mySQL table does not get updated.
Can we please take a look at the back-end of this table and the source table in the database?
If you are pulling the SQL data from the same database where your WordPress is,
please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens,
as well as FTP credentials and access to the database ( either link with credentials for PHPmyAdmin, or access to Hosting Panel),
so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
And point us to the table ID, please.

If you are using an external Database connection, please send us the remote database access URL with credentials, too.

I just purchased your plugin yesterday.
Hi, Jeff.
Sorry for a late reply.
