I am just trying to get my head around Amelia and there are 2 things I have been looking for for hours to no avail: 1. How do I present the calendar/datepicker on the first booking page? I see in some demos that the customer can choose to select service first and then be presented with dates available or choose date first and then choose between the available services. 2. In our business we do not want the customer to be able to choose which employee to do the service. So I want to remove that choice on the frontend and for us to set it at the backend. But how?... Thanks a lot for any and all input.
I just started the process today but I am leaning towards the step-by-step. However if another booking form will let me present both choices based on services-then-date AND date-then-services then I am all in. The ideal situation is where our customer can pick a date and time and then the appropriate staff member will be assigned based on the choices made. Does that make sense?
I see that now. It is locked in based on the date selected.
But is there a way of hiding the field "Employee" for the user and for it to remain default as "any employee" so that we at the back end can select the employee to perform the service?
And one more thing. Is it possible to generate ending time for bookings? So if a booking starts at 11 and lasts 3 hours the booking will read "11:00-14:00"?

Hello Kristian,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The date picker can only be displayed as a first step if a service/employee/location are preselected with the shortcode.
In regards to hiding the employee selection field, which booking form are you using on your website?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

What I am looking for is really something similar to this demo: https://sports.wpamelia.com/find-classes/ where the customer can choose by date or by service :)
Hello Kristian,
At the moment, this is not available in Amelia, but we will have this included in one of the future updates, it's just that there is no ETA on this.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello Kristian,
At the moment, the employee will have to be chosen automatically or manually by the customer for the booking to be made.
In regards to the end time of the booking slot, please check the following video on how to set it up.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
