I would like to use AMELIA for an escape game, I need 45 minutes time slots available every 10 min, each time slots must have a 5 persons max capicity. They must not be able to book another time slots if they already booked one.
Also I need to know how to embed the booking plug in in my website, I use a theme. Do I need to redirect with a link or is the plug in already on my page ?
1. This can not be achieved as such. You can set that your default time slot step is 10 minutes in general settings but then you can set that your services are all on round numbers for example 40 or 50 minutes. Since your services are 45 minutes long you can set that your default time slot step is 5 or 15 minutes and then you can offer your services on every 5 or 15 minutes.
2. In each service you have option called Limit appointments per customer
This way you can decide how much time must pass so that this customer can book another appointment for this service
3. Amelia booking form can appear on page when you add the shortcode to that page like this for example [ameliastepbooking]. You can find the list of our shortcodes on this link https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/article/17639/
When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
