In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

When I enter dates and an event into the finances tab it shows no data/results despite the fact that there are in fact bookings & confirmed payments for the entered dates.
It does not show any payments whatsoever but at the top says 295 total.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Yes, it does seem to be working properly now. Can you confirm what the issue was here?
This is the second time you guys have needed to dig around in the phpMYADMIN to fix a function of the plugin so it'd be good to know what is going wrong.
This is broken again and no longer works.
Sometimes it displays the financial information - other times it does not.
The event selector also does not work. When I select a certain type of event it doesn't show just that event but shows everything.
The payment status filter also does not work. If I select pending it does not show any pending payments in the date selection but shows them when nothing is selected.
The date selector also does not work. It just shows all the financials but I cannot pick a date range.

Now since upgrading my events are not loading from the database at all and the site is no longer working in general with the plugin..
Events just get stuck on the loading screen.
They take 10x as long to load te event list, or they don't load at all now.

It currently works but it seems to put intense demand on the server very frequently which stops it from working.
