This is due to your WordPress settings. Amelia has auto-update option but will it updated depends on your settings. In the meantime you can update it manually.
You can download Amelia from your profile in our store.
We are sending you a short instruction on how to update Amelia to the latest version.
Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.
Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.
When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We can not say or know what permission you have set or your hosting or web developer or what plugins you have that can prevent this. You need to check this with your web developer or on your own or with your hosting provider, what we can say are basic update options. In plugins-installed plugins, you have this option to enable auto-updates like this
Hope this helps.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Unfortunately, we do not have this type of list, we try to resolve them when we become aware of them. Of course if this is possible to be resolved on our end. But is this is some change in the code in some plugin we can not resolve this and we can not know until the conflict manifest somewhere.
If you have more questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
1. First we will just additionally comment about setting up auto updates for Plugins/Themes in WordPress.
Our Support just covers when an issue comes from Amelia itself,
for anything else such as how to configure other functions/features of WordPress, our Support can not cover it, but we will do our best to advise to get you started in the right direction.
You can research various tutorials online that show how to configure updates and auto-updates in WordPress.
For majority of our users, auto updating Amelia works without any issue,
for some it does not work, and that is not an issue from Amelia, but on WordPress something is not configured correctly, for that our users usually get help from their hosting support.
2. When it comes to possible conflicts with Amelia in regards of a Theme or a Plugin disrupting functionality or visual issues,
our plugin is compatible with most premium themes, page builders and other major plugins;
However, since there are tens of thousands of themes and Plugins out there,
and a hundred builders (which are all usually premium), we can't guarantee that the plugin is 100% compatible with any theme, other Plugin or builder.
Especially in an environment such as WordPress, where developers freely and frequently change their code, logic, libraries, frameworks, etc.
We tend to resolve all conflicts as soon as they arrive though, and if you encounter any, feel free to reach out to us and we'll gladly help.
In most cases, these conflicts are easily solved with some custom CSS or adjustments in our plugin, or in the theme or the builder.
-
If you wish to check for any conflicts,
first if you notice a functionality or a visual issue with Amelia,
you would change the theme and see if the issue is resolved.
If not, then you would deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin,
refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be).
If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one,
and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue occurred.
Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Once you isolate if there is a conflict with a specific Theme or Plugin,
you can report it to us, and we can check if we have a solution right away or if our developers need to get involved,
but we usually solve them quickly.

When it comes to Auto-Updates of Plugins, there can be various ways how you can set this up;
For example it can be Hosting Managed Updates, it can be 3rd Party Plugin that handles Auto Updates, etc;
As we mentioned, for a big majority of users they don't have an issue with auto-updates if everything is configured correctly on WordPress.
You can go through the Guides from wpBeginners we sent, we hope that might help.
Hi, I've activated my registration but auto updates aren't available, any idea why?
Thanks,
Steve
