I purchased the PRO Version. Here I can create packets for Bookings. There are two kind of packets on my website:
1)2 Services in one packet. The customer can book 2 services. For the booking date, they choose one date. The duration of the 2 services should be added. In my case, the duration of the packet is always just saved for one Service. -> Thats a problem. E.g.: Service one has duration of 45 min. Service two has duration of 30 min.
if the customer books for 1. of April: 9am-> the saved duration is just 45 min. So another customer can book for 9.45 am.
How can I set the settings, so the duration will add up. -> 1h 15min?
These services are seperate and you can not count them as one appointment when they are in fact 2 appointments. You can set that both of these services must be booked at once by adding Minimum bookings required to be 1 but there is no option that will force customer to book them one next to each other for example 09-09.45-09.45-10.15 they can book the on seperate days.
So you can set this up Minimum bookings required and they will be forced to book both of them but there is no option to force them to book both from 09 to 10.15. So if there is a free time slot from 09-09.45 for other customers they can book this time slot and there is no way in Amelia to prevent them from doing that.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
