Hello, I would like to ask you for help or an advice.
I need to have an appointment for english lessons for children during the whole year which are once a week (e.g. Group A on Monday, Group B on Tuesday etc.). But as expected some kids could be absent and then I need to cancel their attendence and then the possibility to be present in other free lesson (e.g. with other group if there is free capacity). It means that the system will be working in this axis:
1) complete registration at the begin (40 lessons) - all the lessons will be booked for certain day and time (e.g. Monday 4 PM)
2) if someone absent possibility to cancel a certain lesson
3) then the possibility to make it up as an attandance on other free lesson (with other group - other certain day and time)
Please could you give me an advice how to set up the system or how to make it?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can configure this with packages in Amelia. But the issue is that the canceled appointment won't be credited to the customer.
You could manually provide them with the 100% coupon code but that would be the only solution at the moment.
