Issues like this are usually linked to left over cache. Can you please try purging all cache on your site and try again?
If that doesn't help, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I work with Muzamil, and I was wondering if we should test updating Amelia on dev environment instead of updating directly on the main website. Because if we decide to update directly on the main website, then there's risk of data corruption again which we can't afford. When it happened last time, we had no choice but to restore server-level backup that was made right before updating Amelia. And we had to set a specific time (Early Morning) to make this change as we don't want update Amelia when we have traffic on our website.
Muzamil will share the temp WP-admin creds once the dev environment is ready (it'll be a 1:1 clone of the main website)
So we created an exact clone of our website and when we updated Amelia there to v6.1, no database corruption happened there and all appointments and services were intact. The only difference between this clone and live site was the sucuri plugin was not installed and all emails were disabled. So we're also going to disable all emails and sucuri plugin tomorrow at 4:30 AM UAE on main site and then try to update Amelia to v6.1 there. Wanted to know if you can manage to be available on 4:30 AM UAE to quickly take logs or any form of action in case the all appointments and services stop showing again. The dev must've already shared the temp admin credentials with you as private reply
UPDATE: Can you be available on Wednesday same time?
Our working hours are from 09:00 - 17:00 CEST, we don't provide 24/7 support.
Also, we cannot see anything in our logs as there are no logs. This is a WordPress plugin, so it's all on your server. Ask your hosting provider for error logs and see if there are any related to Amelia.
No worries. We successfully updated Amelia to v6.1. It seems the culprit was our security plugin Sucuri. Disabling it before updating amelia fixed the appointments and services not showing issue. Please close this ticket
