In our current booking system, we don't have clients choose the staff member that is going to perform the service. The employee is chosen "round-robin" style meaning, if Employee A is already booked, then Employee B is chosen, etc.
On our booking form in Amelia, I don't have the "Choose employee" option showing, so I wonder how the appointments will be assigned to our employees. I want to make it equitable so that one employee isn't assigned all of the appointments as that would lead to burnout.

I look forward to your reply.
Hello Craig,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The employee choice can be hidden like this in customize section
And in that case the employee will be assigned at random to an appointment.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
