Hello,
Is there a way to allow customers to book an appt without having to select an specific employee, as long as at least 1 employee is available at that time.
For example, I do service calls and I'd like to have all techs who are available at that time to get scheduled for the appointment, then let them decide who is going.
Also, I can't get the time format to go to 12hr, even though my WordPress settings are correct. It's stuck in 24hr format.
Hello Brian,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can hide employee choice in customize section like this
and in that case employee will be assigned randomly. This is how Amelia is designed.
As for time format Amelia doesn't have date and time settings, so to change the time format, you need to change the format in WordPress General Settings and that will be applied in Amelia as well. Please take a look at this documentation page - Configuring WordPress Date/Time Settings in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
