Not at all, we are here to help as best as we can. we do not know how your business will work exactly but, you should be able to set this up easily. If you offer 1 hour rentals just set that your service last one hour and that is it. If you have 5 rooms you can create 5 employees and all 5 rooms will be available for booking at the same time.
Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems such as: PayPal, Mollie, Stripe, WooCommerce and RazorPay.
