We have SMS set up to notify employees of new appointments.
It was working perfectly, but stopped for the last handful of new appointments.
The test notifications for employees ARE working.
Any ideas?

Can you please provide me with a few numbers that haven't received the messages in the last 24 hours, so we can check with the provider?
When responding, please make sure to enable the PRIVATE response, so no one else sees these numbers.

I've just booked an appointment and no text was received.
There is nothing in the /wp-admin > Amelia > Nofications > SMS Notifications > SMS History section, either.
This is for the same phone number listed below ending in -3234.
The text should have been sent today (March 29) at approximately 1:09pm Eastern Standard Time.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

And, FYI: I did just deactivate *all* plugins except for Amelia and tried again. It still did not sent a text and there was no entry in the SMS history section.
