I can't say exactly what's going on here, so can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue?

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I checked everything, but I can't figure out why it's not working.

Can you please try changing the theme? I see some warnings about deprecated lines in Elementor, and popper.js failing to load (coming from the theme):

If changing the theme doesn't work, would you be able to provide us with FTP access credentials as well, so our developers can debug the plugin and see what's going on?

In the meantime, can you update Elementor and Elementor Pro, delete all cache on your site and try again?

The problem is with the reCAPTCHA.

If you set it to be visible there is a message: 

ERROR: Invalid site key

This means that you are using an incorrect reCAPTCHA site key that is no longer valid. Please register a new key to resolve this issue. When we entered our reCAPTCHA test credentials the booking went through normally.
