As the title suggests, I'm having issues when adding a new custom Appointment notification in Amelia > Notifications.

Adding a new custom Event notification works, but the Appointment one doesn't. I've attached a couple of images.

This console error triggers when the blue '+ Create new Notification' button is clicked under Appointments.

I have deactivated all plugins on the site, and switched themes to ensure there's no conflicts. I've also re-downloaded Amelia and replaced the plugin and I'm still getting the same error.

I need to be able to add a notification when a customer books something for the first time, so any help here would be great.

I'm running this plugin on a local Wordpress installation. I haven't had this issue before with another client site I made, using the same theme
