I found the placeholder to cancel an appointment but couldn't see one to reschedule an appointment. Is it possible?
Hello Thiago.
There's no placeholder for rescheduling the appointment, but your customers can do that from the customer panel, if you enable the "Allow customers to reschedule their own appointments" option in Settings/Roles Settings/Customer.

Ideally, I don't want them to have to create an account just to reschedule an appointment. Isn't it possible to do it like in Calendly, Book Like a Boss, or any other booking app where they are able to reschedule it just using a link? Literally like the cancellation one, but for rescheduling. If it's not possible right now, is it something you'd consider, since it's a basic setting on all other booking apps out there?
Hi again Thiago.
We will consider it in the future, but at the moment it's not possible.
Amelia is a WordPress plugin, and it has some limitations as opposed to the apps you listed, which are SaaS.
If you prefer SaaS, you can check out our SaaS solution - Trafft which is similar to Amelia (and it does include the reschedule link), but works outside of WordPress.
