I saw a demo of amelia and got to know about the coupon. it seems working for Services.
but was wondering if there is a way to issue a coupon for service + particular employee?
Becoz sometimes experienced employee wishes to issue the coupon to maintain the relationship with customers.
but at the same time, the coupon should not be usable for other employees that are in the same service.
You might recommend to create a new service for that employee but that requires lots of changes in business processes, which is almost impossible. (e.g. admin has to create the same service for n-number of employees)
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Coupon can only be tied to service or event not to an employee.
