Bonjour, j'ai un soucis avec le système de réservation Amelia. j'utilise le système "step by step booking form 2.0" pour proposer un service de cours et de stages dans un atelier de poterie.
Le problème survient pendant le processus de réservation. Lorsque mes clients veulent sélectionner une offre qui est un package de plusieurs créneaux pour le même service de cours collectifs - allant de 2, 5 ou 10 cours.
Ils peuvent donc sélectionner les dates qu'ils souhaitent mais après plus rien. le bouton "ensuite" ne fait rien.
la page suivante (Recurring Summary) ne se charge pas. Il est donc impossible de valider les dates et de continuer jusqu'au récapitulatif de la commande et au paiement.

I see that one of the Packages I chose requires 5 appointments to be booked before being able to click on "Continue":
As you can see, I was able to proceed to the next step:
Anyway, you shouldn't place the new and the old forms on the same page because they're using different frameworks (the new Step-by-Step and Catalog forms are using Vue 3, while the Events Forms, the old Step-by-Step and Catalog forms are using Vue 2), so you should definitely move the Events from that page.
I don't believe there are currently any issues with your Packages, it's just that they need to be configured per your likings in order for customers to be able to proceed with booking 0, 1, 2, 3, etc appointments during purchase.
If you're facing issues with this, please let me know.
