We can see that you purchased two licenses:
1. Amelia Basic Subscription, which was canceled and refunded on March 18th (JP¥10,630)
2. Amelia Basic Lifetime, which is still active and was purchased on March 19th (JP¥29,438)
You can still use the Lifetime license without issues.
In order to see the purchase code of this license, you can log into our store with your email address and see the details of the lifetime license.
